No right of Withdrawal for Digital Products

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to digitally delivered products, such as license codes and software downloads. Once your payment has been successfully completed and the license has been delivered, the sale is considered final.

During the ordering process, you are clearly informed that your purchase involves digital content (download and license key). By completing your order, you explicitly agree:

• That the download of digital content may begin immediately, and

• That you waive your statutory right of withdrawal once the download has started.

Important Notice

• License keys that have been issued cannot be returned or refunded.

• Physical products (if applicable) that are sealed (e.g. boxed software or gift cards) cannot be returned once the seal has been broken or damaged.

Warranty

At XPRT B.V. (LicensePlatform.com), we stand behind the quality of our products. If a license key does not function as expected, we will always provide a working replacement key.

In such cases, we first investigate the issue (e.g. your installation or activation process) and resolve it if possible. If necessary, we will issue a replacement key at no extra cost.

Legal Reference – Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 10 of the Webshop Keurmerk Terms & Conditions, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

1. Products or services with price fluctuations beyond the seller’s control (e.g. financial markets).

2. Agreements concluded at public auctions.

3. Fully executed service contracts, where:

   • The consumer has given explicit prior consent, and

   • Has acknowledged that they waive the right of withdrawal once the service is completed.

4. Package travel and passenger transport agreements.

5. Accommodation services for specific dates (non-residential).

6. Leisure activities for specific dates or periods.

7. Custom-made or personalized products.

8. Perishable goods or those with a limited shelf life.

9. Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

10. Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

11. Alcoholic beverages where delivery occurs more than 30 days after the contract and whose value depends on market fluctuations.

12. Unsealed audio, video, or software media.

13. Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals (except subscriptions).

14. Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, where:

    • The performance begins with explicit consent, and

    • The consumer acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal.
